An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Monday, repeating until August 25, 2025

This class is a full body fitness class the anyone can do! Come challenge yourself to burn calories, build muscle, increase flexibility and develop a focused mindset that aims to promote overall well-being, while having fun in a supportive community of people. Light weights and Yoga mats/towels are welcomed but not necessary.
Classes are $50 for a 5 class punch card or $15 to drop-in.
