Aqua Fitness

Your Instructor will lead you through a series of exercises in the pool to improve flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. Some of the benefits of Aqua Fitness include increased aerobic capacity, improved balance and coordination, and core stability. Bring your water bottle and towel for a FUN, safe, and effective one hour class at the pool.
No pre-registration is required to participate in our complimentary slipholder fitness programs. Please remember to arrive early to get signed in and complete the participation paperwork required by the instructors.
