With cooler temperatures and less crowded waterways, fall is simply the perfect time of year to venture out and see what this area has to offer!

TrawlerFest’s In-Water Boat Show
This popular annual event draws dozens of boaters out, as they celebrate the best in-water display of new and pre-owned cruising power boats. Come out for the welcome dinner and boater trivia on Thursday night, and stay for the At Twilight Docktail Party on Friday night. Take part in one of the many first-class seminars, or simply enjoy strolling by the many vendors on hand.

United States Sailboat Show
This internationally acclaimed gathering in the historic Annapolis Harbour is the largest of its kind in the world. What would fall on the Chesapeake be without a good ol’ fashioned OysterFest?! This annual festival hosted by the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum features local watermen and their freshest offerings. Come join in the fun with an Oyster slurping contest, an Oyster stew cook-off, retriever demonstrations, boat rides, live music, face painting and various Chesapeake-themed games.
