Tai Chi

Tai Chi has been added to our weekly fitness schedule! Improve your balance, reflexes, and sense of calm, clarity, and connection to our natural world. During class you will be guided through intentional movement and slow, deep rhythmic breaths by Instructor Diane Metzler, who studied the art of Taijiquan with Master Yang from the Center for Taiji and Qigong Studies. Class will be on the overlook at the Marina Office.
No pre-registration is required to participate in our fitness classes and all fitness levels are welcome. Please remember to arrive early to get signed in and complete the participation paperwork required by the instructors.
