Our Beachfront Inn, with Chesapeake BAYFRONT and BAYVIEW Guestrooms, was built during the 1950’s Big Band Swing Era, accommodating guests from steamships arriving from Washington, D.C. Baltimore, and Annapolis, MD. The historic architecture of the Inn has been carefully preserved to offer you a relaxing, rejuvenating experience on the Chesapeake Bay.
Transport yourself to a time of graceful living while enjoying your front porch rocking chair. Take a stroll through our beautifully landscaped gardens to access your Guestroom or to roam the Private Beach. Hot Tub Guest RoomsView Room PhotosAs the name suggests, these ground floor guest rooms feature an enclosed private patio, open to the sky, with a refreshing hot tub. HARBOUR VIEW SUITEView Room PhotosRelax and enjoy an eagle's view of our award winning Marina and magnificent Chesapeake Bay from this second floor location. As you enter the private courtyard, you are greeted by the sound of a water fountain and beautifully landscaped patio, complete with a fire pit. Once inside, oak planked flooring joins the living/dining and kitchen areas (with vaulted ceilings) to the three queen bedrooms showcasing arts and crafts period furniture and 42" flat screen televisions. A lovely remodeled kitchen with beautiful granite countertops offers seating for six and all the conveniences of home. |

Beach House SuitesShoreline & ChesapeakeWaterfront at it’s best! These two luxury suites were opened in 2011. They are furnished in the 1920’s Arts and Crafts Style, with all the state-of-the-art conveniences. Each suite features two bedrooms – the king bedroom adjoins to a rejuvenating aromatherapy steam shower and the queen bedroom features a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. There is a full kitchen, dining area, and an amazing beachfront room with fireplace, queen sofa bed, and incredible Bay views. Outdoor porches provide entrances to the suites. |
